Shipping policy

At Head of Hair Shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality hair products in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • Hair Care Essentials & Ready-to-Ship Items
     Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Braiding Hair (Bulk or Specialty Orders)
     Processing time is 2–5 business days, depending on order size and availability.

  • Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order Units)
     Each wig is handcrafted to meet your specifications. Processing time is 7–14 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Shipping time does NOT include processing time.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

Head of Hair Shop is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit, but we will assist in tracking and support.

Important Notes

  • Custom wigs are final sale due to personalization.

  • Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or new product launches.
